ironymaidenC and i slept late, stayed in bed later, and then went off to Larry's for low-carb pancake mix and other sugar-free delights. pancakes with extra butter, and then Returner at the Uptown. apparently there's a church service there sunday am and they were fighting to get them out to sell tickets and open up for the 12:30 show.
the movie was much better than i expected (but my expectations were low) Terminator meets ET meets The Professional. the kid is not cloying, or too much of a smart ass. it was not entirely predictable. it was not dubbed. many bullets and blood splatters. fun.
i made sugar-free jello! C is cooking up a week's worth of breakfast sausage.
