ironymaideni was getting spam in my gmail account - all filtered into the spam folder, because gmail is damn good, but still annoying. not annoying enough for me to do any research about fixing it, though.
about ten days ago i read a mention in a locked post of spam coming through eljay paid account email forwarding. so i turned it off. in the last week i've received only two pieces of spam, and one was a false positive from a mailing list. previously i was getting 30 or more a day. victory!
