C and i saw Steven Wright last night. i had a great time, heard a lot of material that was new to me. i would recount a few, but after two hours of dry one-liners, my brain was full.

the_monkey_king at Tango. i think the tapas concept is wonderful and conducive to great conversation, but perhaps i don't agree that a cup of tiny fish bits and veggies is worth $6. next time i think we'll go for the bar seating and the happy hour specials. they pour a stiff drink and the wine our waiter recommended was tasty.
