nina kiriki hoffman. she's a fantasy writer from Oregon who happened to be in Seattle this week. i got to have drinks with her, C taught her to make paper napkin roses, and she gave me her first effort *swoon*. i mostly like her short stories, but i've got a novel i'll loan you if you're interested.

When I have a job with down time (sub teaching; when I started at DaVinci), I read a lot. When not, like now, I'll open a book and be asleep in five minutes. :-/
