my first chorus rehearsal was great fun. the director is a teacher. i think all directors need to be in some respects. it's a really warm, welcoming environment. i was a little disappointed to realize that at least in my section, very few people live in seattle. i wanted to meet more people in seattle, dammit. i still got to have best. snacks. ever. plus great people on the bus there and a serene late-nite monorail ride.
downtown is so quiet at night. nobody lives there.
