it's a gift for my parents. we're seeing them in December, so i'll actually get to see a reaction when i hand it over :)
i follow my mom's rule here (she's a knitter, but it still applies) that i can give it away or auction it, but it can't be sold. if i toted up the cost of materials and then paid myself an hourly rate well below minimum wage the price would put it in an art gallery. and my technical skills aren't up to that. yet.
