there's an op ed piece in the PI today that says that anyone who buys porn is as depraved as the people who make it. i'm not getting into it, except to say that i guess i can live with my depravity.

Disney is blocking Miramax's distribution of Michael Moore's new opus. since i equate his strident style with Rush Limbaugh's and find them equally abhorrent, i'm sorry that it was a political rather than artistic choice. or perhaps it's all a brilliant publicity stunt.

it's spring. i love transitional seasons - i think perhaps i love autumn best, but when i can smell the lilacs i'm just not sure anymore. i think it has something to do with an optimal temperature range, which is why Seattle feels so fabulous to me. the side effect is that not only am i largely happy and energetic, but restless and, in the immortal words of AR Gurney...i just want to fuck. fuckity fuck fuck fuck. i skipped rehearsal last night for sex, and i find myself all twitchy and literally unable to concentrate at work.
