so: yesterday's xkcd is a wikipedia joke (surprise, i know.)

which means that there was a wikipedia page created and deleted several times. the talk page is epic.

this happens so often that wikipedia actually has a page about how to assess whether or not something from xkcd is notable enough for an "in popular culture" section.
