does it bother you when people like me meet you in real life first and then get to know you so well online that they forget your real name and only think of you as "ironymaiden"?

not really. okay, it's a little wierd, but it makes sense...and i do the same thing. it goes together with meeting people who suddenly realize that they already know me/know of me online.

We sometimes refer to you as ironymaiden, but only because we know so many people with your first name.

I do that too though; associating people by just their online persona. What gets me is when you do meet someone offline and they are different than anticipated.
