The only web comic worth reading, and this one's worth reading over and over again, is Leisuretown. Every -pixel- of this funny, surreal, brilliantly executed static comic is lovingly crafted. I've been going back over this one for roughly 5 years, and had a 2 year long panic attack when Farnon took the site down.

I'd start with 'what do people do all day' http://leisuretown.com/library/wdp/index.html if you want a laugh, then work your way through the epic _90 page_ QA confidential. Oh, Umbrella Patrol is funny also. In fact, just read all of it.
