ironymaidenThanks to a tipper on reddit, C has his first vaccination appointment at the stadium on Wednesday. I am vibrating, I'm so relieved/excited/hopeful.
I saw the link and jumped on it while he was out walking the dog without telling him. His confirmation for the second appointment came through before my message telling him what was going on, so at first he thought it was a scam 😂

Date: 2021-04-06 01:30 pm (UTC)Coincidentally, I snagged an appointment for the bug last night just after midnight and I, too, feel super relieved. I'm getting Moderna (4 weeks between shots) and he's getting Pfizer (3 weeks between shots) with his appointments nestled between mine, so we're basically going to be simultaneous. Aside from the health implications and relief there, the simultaneity will simplify a lot of discussions for us. Very worth losing some sleep over.
