May. 2nd, 2019 08:33 pmThe Sound of Silence
I wanted to like this film about a "house tuner" with a grand unified theory of the soundscape of New York City. but it was a very very long 89 minutes in spite of remarkable sound design and fine performances. I just didn't care about anyone and the conflict in the film was a subplot. if I'd been hungry or needed to pee it would have been a walkout.
