My office is on 2nd. I wonder how long it'll be before I can hear the jack hammers. Says WaSDoT, they started demolition on 2/12 and it should take six months. Also according to WaSDoT, the construction on Aurora north of Denny should be done by "mid 2020". I commute on that stretch of Aurora, natch. Le sigh.
