It's about a man stuck in a decades-long war with a doomed king, while falling in love with an exotic queen and rising to knighthood - suspiciously similar to Marty Riemer's own bio. For your free pass for two, stop by the camera department one of the following Bartell Drug locations, while supplies last:

Has anyone heard any buzz about this movie? Good, Bad, Indifferent? From the name I assumed it was some Crusades epic but the blurb doesn't fit that. A Ridley Scott blood bath can't be all bad but...

It's supposed to be good, but was trimmed down from a 4-hour movie to a 2.5-hour movie. That's not necessarily a bad thing, I'm just saying there will be plenty of additional scenes for the DVD release.

I'm a sucker for the Crusades, so I'm going regardless.
