ironymaidenwe saw the clumsy lovers last night at the firehouse and it was great except for the part where we missed the last bus home. from old ballard to the other side of queen anne takes two hours at a steady pace.
C had to keep me from staring at all the houses on the hill, since people might get upset if there were two longhairs out on the street staring at their landscaping and molding at 2am. he noticed giant spiders on the ballard bridge and i noticed the blackness of the water and how huge a boat looks in drydock and thought about how the landing on the closed crossover stairs under the bridge goes on my places to sleep when i'm homeless list. i keep an eye out for good places to crash outside. it's the grownup version of making tons of outdoor homes for my barbies. sometimes i think we should be homesteading in alaska. C likes isolation and i like making things.
i'm looking up ideas for making stuff out of phone wire. i got some from work and i keep thinking about the wedding jewelry at SAM and some baskets i saw for sale. all the pretty colors...
