Dessert wines can be difficult. I've been wanting to open one of our bottles of Vin Santo from Italy since last New Years, but we just have never had a large enough appreciative gathering to enjoy it while it's just-opened and still good.

Last night we finally opened a bottle of port that [livejournal.com profile] pedantka brought us in. . . spring of 2005 or 2006?
