1. You tell me, baby. Why do all the girls ask for it?

i think women like to talk about themselves, but don't often have a forum in real life. hence our dominance in the lj community. plus the sharing. and that memes involve a certain amount of seeing just who was paying attention to you today.

2. You've just been hired at an exorbitant salary to act in the theater, and you can choose any role in any play, but you've got to do it every night for a year. What role, and what play?

first, i haven't acted since 1996, outside of noh. i will (almost) limit myself to my gender, and real castability, cause i can't help myself.
Shakespeare, a dead heat between Viola in Twelfth Night and Lady M (doubling as Young Siward) in the scottish play. great language, rich scenes, swordfights. i've choreographed fights and been a fight captain, but i've never got to fight myself. i've also never been onstage in underwear or done nudity, although i have been a scantily dressed prostitute.

3. What was your worst drunk ever?
the only time i ever played the star wars drinking game. there was a gallon of pink catawba wine, it was with Empire and i passed out around the time they froze Han. terrible hangover. there have been sadder drunks, and wilder ones (which i can only tell offline and without C), but that's the only time i've passed out and definitely the worst morning after.

4. Are you keen to start roleplaying again, and if so, what would be the ideal game?
i don't know if keen is the word, since i'm leery of filling my calendar with regular commitments, but i miss playing.
great roleplayers - people who can really turn ability scores and alignment (or clan or whatever) into demonstrable attributes, who can respond as the character or as themselves as needed; people who make play decisions that are consistent with the character. no costumes, no min-maxing, no fighting the GM. and no hyphenated multiclassing or being otherwise super-specialized, fruity and exotic.
a world that holds real evil and danger. sometimes PCs die. a mission other than moving to the next character level. PCs have sex lives. killing has consequences.

not Vampire.

comfy chairs and really great snacks.

5. What would it take to get you to tell a story at A Guide to Visitors?
the right theme.

The Rules of the Meme
1 - Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 - I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 - You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 - You'll include this explanation.
5 - You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.
