major chocolate manufacturers are lobbying the FDA to remove cocoa butter from the legal definition of chocolate in the US.
the public has until April 25th to comment on the proposal. Guittard chocolate has created a website to organize opposition. (hopefully their chocolate is better than their copyediting.)
