since sometime this past weekend, i've been physically tense. in a fight or flight kind of way. i don't like being turned up to eleven this long, it's tiring.

i'd like the safe to fall on me sooner than later, thanks.

My desire to smash things during this same interval is very, very high, and I seem to be undoing some of my chiropractic progress with this anger.

seem to work pretty well today. on a sidenote, the Ballard HS band played 25 or 6 to 4 while they marched in the Syttende Mai parade last night.

Was. Guitar, trombone, and piano, too.

Various years of abuse and disuse have removed almost all musical ability besides voice from me. I keep an acoustic in the casa for occational self-hate, but it's been silent long enough to require re-tuning and a few dozen hours of scales.

But this tune is one string, and easy to keep time with.
