i'm tucked in a corner of the couch because i accidentally destroyed the long phone cord in the living room. (dialup, no wireless. the fact that there's a laptop in the house is pretty amazing)

earlier this week i was online and the phone rings in the middle of a download. so somehow the connection broke and i'm thinking it's important, so i pull the cord and get up and get on the phone. it's a freaking telemarketer, and suddenly the connection goes bad. i get off the phone and discover that the end of the phone cord has fallen into the tomato sauce of my tortilla pizza and is smoking and sizzling. so now the former 20ft cord is only 2ft. i'm on the laptop to be snuggly on the couch with C, but in order to connect i have to face the wall. perhaps i should switch machines.

i uploaded two new user pics, and made some for C's Warmachine list. a wet kiss to anyone who knows where the new ones came from ;)
