synopsis

i've seen four movies since Friday and liked all of them. frabjousdave saved me/us fine seats and i am grateful.

i worked yesterday for almost four hours, and i will still be buried in work tomorrow. it meant that i did a deal of work to host a D&D game that i only played in for an hour. but it was a fun hour and i was rewarded with much cooing over the apt and the food. and good company.

i saw the new library and liked some of it. i like many of the bright colors and the natural light, but the layout is frustratingly inefficient getting from the main floors to the reference spiral (which is a great design by itself) and i think much of the decor and furnishings will be destroyed through wear and tear very quickly. i don't feel inclined to linger.

dude, i want to know how many window-washers this place will employ.

it was great having company over. must do more.

i walked soooo much today.

i'll write more about the movies and stuff later, but right now i'm really wishing i had been able to be in julesong's hot tub this weekend.
