good_eats Alton Brown will be filling the Hatori slot in a series of American Iron Chef specials that will feature Morimoto and Sakai vs Food Network types like Mario Batali, Wolfgang Puck, and Dr Evil himself, Bobby Flay. they're filming in LA and will air at the end of April. i hope that the English version can maintain the gentle spirit of the Japanese show and not get all ugly like the specials with Bobby Flay STANDING IN HIS DIRTY SHOES ON THE CUTTING BOARD.
