the dude who literally wrote the book for bartenders travels the world and talks to other bartenders and liquor pros. it's gently paced and I'm getting really tired of docs that skip the "who is this and why should I care" card or voiceover, but I was mostly able to puzzle things out. notable for showing cultural differences in prep and presentation of cocktails (Japanese ice is cut perfectly, of course). and now I want a nice drink.
