i guess it's fortunate that we never had cats when i was a kid, so i don't feel their absence.
my big comment on Future Dog is don't start with a puppy. i adore dogs, and *i'm* not up for the patience and work in training a puppy. (all the chewing and the waking up at all hours until they're old enough to hold it through the night. no thank you.)
