Since when does UPS assign a one-hour pickup window at the depot?

(Maybe since forever, actually, but when necessary I just go down there without calling and present my PASN - never had much of a wait.)

I'm sorry after all that you also discovered whoever boxed up the package was also a dumbass. :(
