he always seems to be impeccably clean, and favors white t-shirts. he's friends with apartment manager and i've seen him working on the grounds of the church next door. i assume they hook him up or he uses one at the library. i also know that one-day admissions to the nearby gym are pretty cheap (we showered there while the grout was drying on tile repairs in our bathroom).
