i appear to have successfully eaten The Most Delicious Toast in the World. i think that's the best that can be said about the last 32 hours.

it's made on a George Foreman grill - because we have no toaster and i was too lazy to fire up the broiler - and has something like two drips of honey on it.

whatever it is, the physical response is "purge". if she's behind me, the good news is that i seem to be much better today. i think having some Emergen-C yesterday helped and wasn't any worse than water.
