What kind of climate did you hang your rabbit in?

(The Faroes are basically a natural refrigerator: temps hover around 40° year round, and no flies have survived the Atlantic voyage.)

it was in Pennsylvania during rabbit season, so it probably would have been during the early fall. (there is a winter rabbit season, but I remember that it wasn't freezing or snowy outside.)
